Description : 1. zerre, a plant possessing roots which grow in the ground, and are eaten by the Makoba, 2. main root, 3. other roots, on which the edible roots grow, 4. leaves (which my informant has not seen), 5. [illegible] roots eaten by caterpillars, 6. good roots (edible), (ground nuts?), 7. Pongo "mealies", 8. stick in the house of a Ngoba, on which he hangs up mealies.
