Nine figures: one in European dress who is lying on the ground with arms and legs spread, seven carrying weaponry (spears, sticks, one with bow and arrow) and one has its palm outstretched. Four bovids, five figures of mixed description, four carrying weaponry (sticks, spears, wearing bows and arrows) and one (marked with dots) holding object. No annotations.

Description in published source : p. 28: "25. A recent cattle-raid. A European with white face. Black hat, red jacket and yellow trousers is being killed, while his black, dark-red and white cattle are driven off. The curious unfinished painting in the foreground is probably meant as a Bantu warrior. He bears a small flag. Dark-red, white and grey. (Copy by J.M.Orpen.)."
