Description : Six figures of mixed description, the four central figures assume stooping attitudes with hanging arms and their heads are covered. Two appear to be carrying an antelope and a plant-like or feathered form (this group is coloured white). Two other antelope. Various symbols and markings: four curving rows of red thumprint-like dots and a circle near the centre of the painting. "From rocks near Ween [illegible] O.F.S."

Description in published source : p.44: "12. Weenkop, Rouxville, O.F.S. 1/5 lin." "Two men, marching in step, carry back the quarry, while a calf looks on. The small buck in grey are partly hidden by frog-like humans in black and grey. These probably depict a ‘woman-into-frog’ legend, such as is known elsewhere." (Goodwin)
